My own Placed an online order 3 weeks no more for 2 iPhone 6 cases, transactions made with paypal, payment still expected 3 weeks later. Haven't received any individual update or clue on what is happening.
I sent a email that would customer support and after a week still n't any response. Not a clue on what progressed wrong. Ghost customer service.
Had regarding cases for iPhone 4s previously, both of these died. one leaked in trivial water but was able to save the iphone, the other simply saw all rubbers litterally crumble. Not even on upper paced use.
No answer what-so-ever from them.
